Brush your face yes! I love it! Did I say I love it? I love the fact that I can wash my face with this every day and I am fine. There is really no need to use it 7 days a week but I do. I do not use the polisher at all . It does say in the instructions to only use the polisher maybe twice a week but never on the same day you use the cleanser. I do not know why I waited so long to even buy one of these. The good thing is, if you want to use another face washing product , well,, you can! I found that this face wash that came with the pro x is fine but I will probably just use my favorite go to when I run out of the pro x cleanser. I just do not care for the polisher though, It will break your face out into a rosacea type glow if you use it more than twice a week. I do not know if the cleanser that comes with it makes the difference I really think it is the brush that makes the difference in how you clean you face. Based on my results I give this a 5 star rating.

I was excited about purchasing this product as my skin had begun to show the signs of aging (I am 40 yrs) like dull skin, dark spots, fine lines and uneven skin tone. You get everything for a start in this kit, batteries, a small cleanser, a small microdermabrasion scrub, 2 brushed and 1 head unit. The crystals are warming and when used with the sponge brush its made my skin smoother and soft to touch. When I first used it I felt that the brush stretched my skin when rotating. But wetting my face properly and in between the scrubs made it a smoother glide. My dark spots have faded a little and now my skin looks fresh and clean. I would recommend the use of a good night cream after using the pro-X because the skin could feel a bit raw initially. But this product is worth a try and can replace at least some of the expensive anti-aging creams.
