Love this mandoline, cuts potatoes super thin to make au gratin!!! Worth the price.

We used to have a really cheap mandoline that cost less than $10, and after shaving a few good strips of skin of my knuckles, we upgraded to this. The base is very sturdy, and the blade makes really nice, sharp cuts.
