Nutritious and delicious! Hi! First and foremost let me say that I work for this company. That said - I do truly love these cookies. They are gluten free, vegan, soy free, and non-GMO, as well as sweetened with coconut sugar (lower glycemic index) and made with whole grain oats and flours. I am not vegan or gluten free and these are still my favorite cookies. This particular flavor (we have 5 flavors) won Top Healthy Gourmet Snack from TasteTV - so it's not just me saying it! I hope you'll give these cookies a shot and thanks for allowing me a little space on the internet to say my piece!
