SheSpeaks is an influencer marketing platform. We are a fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial organization working with an exciting line up of new and leading brands including American Express, P&G, L'Oreal and occasionally some great star talent too!  We deliver compelling social media & marketing programs for our clients utilizing our proprietary campaign platform and community of over 200,000 influential consumers who have a direct reach of over 30 million.  Some sample activations include: activating bloggers, Twitter events, social media awareness, product sampling, product & campaign research studies and in-person influencer events.

We are seeking an experienced consumer & digital marketing star with social media experience. We need someone who wants to make a difference and understands how to engage consumers.  This marketing person needs consumer marketing chops, digital skills, social media savvy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
We are looking for someone who wants to immediately contribute to the growth of SheSpeaks, member engagement and our success in delivering first class results to clients. They will need to be a self-starter with a passion for effective marketing. The right person will have experience and background in marketing, have great initiative, ideas and the desire and motivation to work within the social media and marketing industry and to learn about the inner workings of an advanced start-up company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creative ideation for client programs and a vision for how to engage consumers

• Oversee and execute member engagement communications & measurement

• Growth and management of influencer relationships & SheSpeaks Blogger Society

• Manage the member database, member acquisition and retention of relationships

• Manage design & development of the member website content and design

• Development and execution of member strategy and projects

• Identify and deliver new social media opportunities with existing and new channels

• Development of new product and program projects to support client deliverables

• Creative direction for marketing materials to members, bloggers, clients and events

• Identify and grow strategic partnerships

Key qualifications include:

• Experience building & managing a consumer community

• A love for consumer marketing & understanding of what motivates consumers

• Understanding of SEO, SEM, web analytics, email marketing and social media

• 5-7 years in a marketing role, preferably digital marketing and/or acquisition & engagement marketing

• Strong written communication skills

• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with Fortune 1000 clients

• Understanding of creative process
• Loves to be organized, able to prioritize and multi-task

• Detail oriented and able to deliver to deadlines

• Knowledge in social media and social engagement tactics

• Good understanding of member acquisition and retention marketing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
