Giftedness does not equate to success As a teacher and mother for gifted children I highly recommend this book. Many star pupils have four adulting difficult. Malcolm G. gives insight on how successful business ceos have used their potential in their careers. This is also a great book for conversationalist. Plenty of stories to share and engage in thoughtful dialogue with colleagues.

This book is amazing. It explains why some people are more successful than others in a clear and compelling way. The examples range from Bill Gates to star athletes and from New York lawyers to the Beatles. I couldn't put it down and finished it in one go.
