Macaroni and Cheese Casserole

This casserole recipe was given to me by my sister-inlaw (who has now passed away) and has become one of my family's favorites. It is a delicious addition to any meal. We never have any leftovers, as my family devours the whole thing in one sitting. This casserole is an excellent comfort food to eat when the weather is chilly!
8 ounce box of uncooked macaroni pasta
can cream of mushroom soup
large jar pimento
small onion chopped
shredded sharp cheddar cheese
medium can sliced mushrooms
cups crushed Ritz crackers
Cook and drain Macaroni
In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients
Add macaroni to mixture
Pour into a rectangular 3 quart casserole dish
Cover with crushed Ritz crackers
Dot top with butter
Cook 35-40 minutes at 325 degrees
Mac n cheese is the Bomb !!!! I always Boil my noodles in water with 2 TBsp of Oil , and then i drain and add Lots N Lots Of shredded Chesse . - I use Sharp cheddar but u can use what u like ! and then share!!!!!!!
