Elftini:In a glass, pour three ounces of vodka. Slowly mix in small amounts of Grenadine until the drink is the desired level of pink. After you have achieved the right color, add equal parts sour mix and Ginger ale.
Pink Mink Martini: This martini recipe is delicious AND a cute shade of pink. Just take three parts vodka, 1 part rum, and 1 part strawberry liquor and mix in a cocktail shaker. Pour through a strainer into a chilled, sugar rimmed martini glass and garnish with a sugar dipped strawberry or lemon twist.
Smooth Pink Lemonade: For those looking for the Cosmo or taste love a sour flavor, take an ounce of vodka, 1 part cranberry juice, one part sour mix and shake them in a cocktail shaker. Pour them slowly into a martini glass, and top off the glass with Lemon Lime Soda. Garnish with a twist of lemon. (We don’t recommend that you mix the lemon lime soda with the alcohol in a cocktail shaker due to the carbonation).
Champagne: Never fails to impress to guests…try topping it off with adash of cranberry juice or grenadine. You could even just pop a bottle of sparkling rosé…pink and delicious!
Rosé Sangria (A PERSONAL FAVORITE!): Pour 1 bottle of Rosé wine into a pitcher or bowl and add 1 cup of sliced (or frozen) strawberries. Next add ½ cup white sugar, 1 ½ cups strawberry lemonade and stir gently. Add 2 cups ginger ale and ice just before serving. If you’d like to serve your Sangria right away, use chilled white wine and chilled ginger ale - serve over lots of ice.
