Low fat chocolate dessert

Makes: 1 cups

Description: What do you get when you combine coco powder and low fat yogurt? A sweet treat!

Ingredients:
1 cup  low fat regular yogurt
1 teaspoon  cocoa powder

Instructions: Mix ingredients. Put in fridge for 20 minutes. Healthy but taste super sweet. You could add chopped nuts for some protein and crunch.
