Description: A versatile rub for pork or chicken.
Ingredients:
¼ cup
kosher salt
¼ cup
chili powder
¼ cup
smoked Spanish paprika, sweet
¼ cup
splenda (or your choice of sugar equivalent)
2 tablespoons
garlic powder
4 teaspoons
dry mustard powder
2 teaspoons
ground black pepper
Instructions: Combine all ingredients. Pat dry meat, rub mixture on meat, cook as desired. Enjoy!
