A versatile rub for pork or chicken.
smoked Spanish paprika, sweet
splenda (or your choice of sugar equivalent)
dry mustard powder
ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients. Pat dry meat, rub mixture on meat, cook as desired. Enjoy!
