My children love getting these packages in the mail, they love filling out the game sheet to find out what is next and love going online to play the games...My family is so excited to see what information Sam and Sophia are going to share and this brings more questions and teachable moments about the countries they are learning about. They are even excited to try the foods from these countries! Great gift and I want to share with everyone!

Honesty, there are two main things that bother me about this product. One -- the $$$$ you have to shell out for the subscription, which will cost you $131.40/year (and this is already the cheapest option). My daughter was really excited to get the first package, which is the starter kit that contains the suitcase. Her excitement dwindled with each coming month and pretty soon she barely touched the packages anymore, since there really isn't much in them other than the letter, a picture, and a small toy or plastic trinket. Unfortunately, I couldn't even cancel. Do yourself a favor and save your money. With $131.40, you could get tons of cooler things for your kids than cheap items like origami paper. Also, consider the fact that you could borrow a ton of wonderful books and cds about different countries from the library at no cost!

For only $10.95 per month, your kiddos will get a thrill when a suitcase arrives filled with a world wall map, travel passport, and stickers to start them on their global adventure. Every month, they'll eagerly wait for the mailman to deliver another letter from Sam and Sofia, their global pen pals, who will share their adventures --as well as fun souvenirs such as sushi erasers, amethyst gemstones, and Egyptian dig kits-- as they travel to different countries like Japan, Brazil and Egypt. My kids love getting mail and this is a great educational gift.
