I really like this cookbook (and all of the other Hungry Girl cookbooks). The recipes are easy and almost everything has been tasty. All the nutritional information is included and the calories are low. Some ingredients are hard to find and expensive and some people may not like all the processed ingredients that the recipes call for.
This is a great book for any woman on a diet. The recipes are quick & easy and you will find tons of recipes in this book you want to make. Most of the recipes have very few ingredients. It's a favorite of mine.
