This cookbook has quickly become my new favorite. The recipes that are included are perfect for an on-the-go hungry girl! All of Lisa's recipes included in this book are under 300 calories and include breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. I have discovered that many of the things that my family would turn their noses up at (spinach, squash, etc.) can often be disguised in a dish in such a way that they don't even know it is there! Lasagna Cupcakes would be one of those dishes... the green stuff? Oh, that's just Italian seasoning...right! (Good thing I have a food processor to pulverize that spinach!) I would highly recommend this book for anyone looking to fix healthier meals for the family without sacrificing the "taste" that they are accustomed to.
