This is my own delicious recipe!
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
Crushed Red Pepper
Grushed Garlic Gloves
Goya Seasoning Powder
This is optional but makes a huge difference, I like to put the pieces of chicken in a bowl with cold water, about 4 tablespoons of vinegar (of your choice) and salt and leave it there for 5 minutes ( it gets rid of the chicken smell).
After I do that I then rinse all the pieces of chicken in cold water and put it into large bowl and add the fresh crushed garlic and 2 table spoons of salt and mix it together with my hand.
After thats done I transfer the pieces of chicken to my cutting board where I start to sprinkle each piece of chicken with the ground cumin, seasoned meat tenderizer, lemon pepper seasoning, crushed red pepper and 2 packs of goya Seasoning Powder to both sides of each pieces, now for the last time i transfer all the chicken pieces to my roasting pan.
After my oven is preheated to 400 degrees I put the chicken in the oven and let it cook for about 10 minutes then take it out and squeeze the fresh lime all over the chicken and put it back in the oven for another 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked enough :)
