i bought this when ulta was having a sale and i've been trying to use it up, but it's just not that great in my opinion. especially for the price. i haven't really noticed a reduction in fine lines or puffiness under my eyes, it does have a very slight blurring effect though. it isn't very moisturizing and i usually only use it on top of another eye cream that is more moisturizing. my under eyes are super sensitive, especially around the outer corners. they get so dry in the winter and my skin starts to get flaky. this really doesn't help at all. i won't repurchase and hopefully will find something better.
