This leave-in spray contains Arginine and is designed to nourish and strengthen hair, resulting in less breakage. While I don't necessarily use it for that purpose, I spray it in once or twice a weak to try and recover my hair from all the other products I use that dry it out. I use it on a day when I am not looking for any style, just brushed, air-dried hair. It WILL leave hair slightly hard if not really combed or even blow-dried. Lots of positive reviews on other sites from people experiencing less hair clumps in their shower.
