Gluten Free Donuts Having to switch to a gluten free diet, giving up donuts was very difficult. Then I discovered Katz gluten free donuts in the freezer section of the grocery store and they are pretty awesome. I do have some difficulty thawing them, as putting them in the microwave makes the frosting runny. So patience and a little preplanning is required.
