leaves way too much of a residue on hair . dislike

This is a high end and quality product at a reasonable price. The packaging is cute too. I would recommend and I will continue to buy. You can't argue with the results you can achieve. I've been using this product for years and I love it. It's great to use just a pea sized peice on your hair for a syrum

not for me This did not pass my hair tests, it weighed my hair down but didnt tame the frizz. The smell isn't too bad and it did add shine to my hair.

Love John Frieda I love John Frieda products. I started on this product when I was about 13 years old. I have very thick and curly hair. So every time to would flit iron it, this product is in. If you put too much, yes your hair will be oily, that's just known with any oil base products. But when blow drying your hair you have to make sure you have the right kind of round brush and when blow drying you need to make sure the heat is going down on your hair not up. this will help.I still use his products.

6 Effects Serum I really wanted to love this product but it simply did not do all it claimed. It claims it eliminates frizz, humidity protection, heat protection, smoothes, hydrates & tames for medium to coarse wet hair. My hair became more frizzy while using this product especially on humid days. I recommend it if u plan to use your flatiron, my hair is very wavy it did help speed up the process but I notice my hair getting very frizzy and wavy real quick. I live in Chicago so I personally would not recommend it unless u live in a different state. I intend to give it another try around fall/winter. 3stars for the smell, speeding up the time when use with my flatiron, & helps to detangle. Almost forgot I'm not sure if it actually protects from heat.
