These jalapeno poppers are a big hit in our house. They are not only easy and quick to make but delicious too! Once you pop you won't stop!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut your jalapenos in half and take out the seeds. It's best to use a spoon and wear gloves so your hands to burn.
Smear softened cream cheese inside of each jalapeno.
Cut your bacon strips in half and wrap around cream cheese smeared jalapenos.
Place in pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes or until bacon is cooked and cream cheese is a little browned on the edges.
*You can make more or less if you would like just increase or decrease the amount of jalapenos, cream cheese and bacon.*
