I tried to do this this weekend. When she says that you should do the oil slowly.....do it SLOWLY! :) I didn't and tried to fix the broken mayo, and it's really difficult to fix once it's broken. So please pour your oil slowly!
I keep it no longer than 48 hours in the refrigerator.
if you make it yourself how long can it stay before it goes bad? same day?
