Hot Parmesan and Spinach Dip

Makes: 1 4

Description: Creamy and delicious dip that is simple to make.

Ingredients:
1 10oz. pkg  Thawed, frozen spinach (chopped)
1 cup  Mayonnaise
1 3oz. pkg  Cream cheese
1  Vidalia onion, minced
1  Garlic clove, minced
1 cup  Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp.  Paprika
1/2 box  Ritz crackers

Instructions: Squeeze spinach to remove water. Mix together with other ingredients. (Electric mixer works best) Top with 2 TBS. parmesean cheese and 1/2 box of Ritz crackers. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Enjoy!!
