Makes: 6 servings
Description: This is a great Autumn recipe! You can use either pumpkin, Winter squash, sweet potatoes or even carrots, if you like.
Ingredients:
1
unbaked 9" pie crust
2 cups
pureed cooked pumpkin
1 cup
clover honey
3/4 cup
evaporated milk
3
eggs
1 tsp.
cinnamon
1/2 tsp. each
salt, nutmeg & ginger
1/8 tsp.
ground cloves
Instructions: mix all ingredients together and pour into the pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or til set. Cool on rack 30 minutes; then chill. Delicious topped with whipped cream!

Sounds great. I like that squash can be traded out for sweet potatoes.
