Makes: 5 sandwhiches
Description: Creamy, delicious yet less fat and calories than it's counterpart. The best part?!?! No one will know it is healthier!
Ingredients:
4 oz
fat free cream cheese
4 oz
jar diced pimentos
7 oz
fat free shredded cheese
4 oz
reduced fat Mexican shredded cheese
1/4 cup
low fat mayo
1 tsp
paprika
Instructions: Mix all cheeses, mayo, pimentos, paprika. Cover one bread slice with pimento cheese then cap off with another slice of bread. Spray skillet or griddle with non-stick spray. Brown the sandwhich on one side and turn once. Serve
