Grilled Chunked Potatoes

Buttery Seasoned Grilled Potatoes
I usually have a large amount of people here so I usually use a 5# bag of potatoes peeled and washed, cut into chunks, 1 large onion peeled, washed and chunked (if desired)
Lawery Salt, Garlic Salt to taste.
Lay a sheet of Tin Foil, spray with cooking spray, put chunks of potatoes, onions, seasoning, Sheet of Tin Foil across the top, fold edges up 2 or 3 thin folds so it looks like a pillow.
Put on the grill, flip once or twice. Takes any where from 45 mins to an hour, depending on how thick you cut your potatoes. You can pick through the tin foil to test the potatoes.
