Description: cheesy and easy
Ingredients:
1 pkg
cream cheese
8 oz
fancy grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 small jar
green chilies, drained
Instructions: Combine in mixer. Place walnut sized spoonful in center of small square wonton. Fold like an envelope. Fry in Crisco till light brown. Serve hot or re-heated.
This cheddar, Vidalia dip gets a nice kick from an added cup of pepper Jack cheese. It's fun to serve with an assortment of crackers and bread sticks.
