Makes: 2 servings
Description: It's my version of a Spinach and butter garlic tortilla wrapped with a mixture of yellow rice , beef , black beans, blue cheese crumble , cheddar cheese sauce, sour cream and some fresh homemade salsa.
Ingredients:
1 can
Black beans
2 cups
Rice
2 cups
Cheese
4 tbsp
Sour cream
4 tbsp
Blue cheese crumble
1/2 lb
Beef, ground or shaved
1 cup
Salsa
Instructions: Cook your ground or shaved beef until brown and fully cooked. Drain the excess fat and set aside. Make 2 cups of rice and set that aside, too. Warm up and season a can of black beans to your liking. Now grab a tortilla and warm it up on both sides. Then take it out of the pan and spread some sour cream on it. Now you start building it up with everything in layers. Rice, beef , cheese, salsa & blue cheese crumble. Now fold and roll and tadah!
