Delicious chicken breast with green beans recipe.
1 can or cup
Salt and pepper
Garlic head minced
In a large skillet or pan sauté in olive oil, minced garlic, diced onions. Then add cubes chicken breast. Cook well and add the green beans and diced tomatoes. Add salt, pepper and oregano to taste and feta cheese. Continue to cook on medium heat. Once all the ingredients are fully cooked and incorporated together, cover pan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then place chicken mixture into individual foil wraps or a Pyrex tray as a casserole top with extra crumbled feta cheese and lemon juice. Bake in oven for about 15-20 min till cheese is melted and top layer is a bit crispy. Enjoy!
