Power-Up delivers Plenty (of energy) I love Power Up trail mix because it has all of my favorite ingredients which includes pineapple, banana chips, coconut, cranberries, walnuts, cashews and papaya. I purchased it at BJ's and it is very fresh tasting and gives me tons of energy as a mid-day snack. At 140 cal per 1/4 cup you have to watch how much you eat but you feel full after eating so that helps.
