Gluten free peach cookies

Makes: 1 Dozen
Gluten free cookies with chunks of peaches.
2 and 3/4 cups
Flour (almond, corn, rice, etc)
Fresh or canned peaches
Cut into small pieces
Salt, cinnamon, or any other spices
Mix all ingredients together, adding the peaches last. If, after adding the peaches, the mix is still thin and runny, add more flour until it does not drip off the spoon. Bake for about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Enjoy with a drizzle of honey or whipped cream.
