Description: Remembering my mom in this recipe. This was something my mom cooked all the time for me. I don't have exact amounts but you can adjust this and it is very forgiving.
Ingredients:

Skinless chicken breast sliced in thin bite size strips
4 tbs
Oyster sauce (i like the one with the panda on it)

Onion sliced
1
Bell pepper sliced
1-2 Tbs
Fried garlic (in asian market)
1/4
Cabbage chopped in large chunks
1
Carrot sliced in strips (bagged is fine)
Instructions:
Cook chicken first separate:
Add oil To lightly coat bottom of pan on med high heat add chicken till just cooked
Then add fried garlic
Add oystersauce. You can add more if you like
Add a few spashed of fish sauce
Cook till done and sauce it coated on chicken
Put to side
In same pan add a little more oil
Add onions, bell pepper to cook thru a bit
Add cabbage and carrots
Add about 1 more tbs of oyster sauce
Toss for about 5 min or until cooked to your liking
Put veggies on plate and add chicken on top
Serve with rice
