Fruit Salad with Vanilla Pudding

Makes: 12 Servings

Description: Colorful & fun fruit salad topped with vanilla pudding. Perfect for Summer. I serve it at parties or just for my family. It's a delicious & healthy treat everyone enjoys.

Ingredients:
1  cup sour cream
1  4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2  cups sliced red seedless grapes
2  cups sliced fresh strawberries
1  cup fresh blueberries
1  10 ounce can oranges, drained well
1  20 ounce can pineapple chunks in juice

Instructions: Drain the pineapple chunks, but save juice. Mix the pineapple juice, sour cream & pudding in a small bowl. Cover & refrigerate for an hour. Place the pineapple in the refrigerator. Toss the grapes, strawberries, blueberries, oranges & pineapple chunks together. Place the fruit salad in a tall glass or bowl. Spoon the chilled pudding over the fruit salad & mix thoroughly.
