Kicked my butt! I loved it. It was tough but also fun. The only issue I had was that the sensors did not correctly register my squats. No matter how many readjusts I did. I had to actually throw the leg sensor in the air for the avatar to do a squat. The sensors worked fine for all the other workouts.
I thought I was in shape. Had to start out slow, really slow. Now I love it, this is a great workout in the comfort of my own home.
Starts out rough but is a good workout.
