An easy Taco salad that is perfect for a busy schedule.
Lean ground beef
Shredded cheddar cheese
Over medium high heat, brown the ground beef and drain the excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning with a little water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 minute.
Crush the bag of chips or assemble chips on a plate. Add meat mixture on top of chips. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream.
