Red Sugar Sprinkles
Red Food Coloring
Melt chips over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in icing and peppermint extract. Pour ingredients into a well greased 8x8 dish. Drop food coloring in corners and center and swirl with a knife. Sprinkle with red sugar and crushed peppermints. Refrigerate until hard. Cut and enjoy!
