Ingredients:

apple (red delicious or granny smith work best)
1/2 teaspoon
coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions:
Cut apple into chunks and place in microwave-safe bowl.
Add coconut oil and cinnamon.
Toss apple chunks until they are thoroughly coated.
Place in microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Let cool and serve!
