Makes: 30 cookies

Description: Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:
1  regular size jar of peanut butter
1  egg
1  to 1 1/2 cups of sugar
1  tsp of vanilla

Instructions: You will need: 1 regular sized jar of peanut butter, 1 egg, 1 to 1 1/2 cups of sugat, and 1 tsp. of vanilla. Stir all ingredients together. Put my peanut butter in the microwave to soften it up first! When mixed thoroughly, be sure to have a greased cookie tray ready as well as your oven set to 350°. Using a tsp, scoop up a tsp of dough. Roll into a ball and put on tray. Space cookies apart. Fill tray. Then use a fork to squash the dough down or your cookies won't cook right. Put in oven for 8-15 min. It varies by stove, so keep a close eye on them :) Enjoy!!
