Plain, Nonfat Greek yogurt
Cut the avocados in half, twist and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado and place into small metal bowl. Begin to smoosh up the avocado, and add 1 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt to the avocado. Add 1 (or more, however much you want) teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Add a pinch of salt and some freshly ground pepper and mix until the yogurt, avocado and seasoning is all combined evenly. Place guacomole into serving dish and chill in fridge until you want to eat it.
