Easy Greek Yogurt Gaucamole

Makes: 3 Cups

Description: Delicious guacamole made with plain, nonfat Greek yogurt. image credit: flickr/ilovemypit

Ingredients:
2  Avocados, ripe
1 tbsp  Lime juice
1 cup  Plain, Nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tsp  Garlic powder

Instructions: Cut the avocados in half, twist and remove the pit. Scoop out the avocado and place into small metal bowl. Begin to smoosh up the avocado, and add 1 cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt to the avocado. Add 1 (or more, however much you want) teaspoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Add a pinch of salt and some freshly ground pepper and mix until the yogurt, avocado and seasoning is all combined evenly. Place guacomole into serving dish and chill in fridge until you want to eat it.
