Easy and delicious that are so easy but soooooo good!!!!! My husband is obsessed with them!!!
boneless chicken breasts
Enchilada sauce (green or red)
**Preheat the oven to 350*
1. Shred chicken breasts
2. In a bowl mix most of the can of sauce (leave a little bit for top of enchiladas), about 2 cups of the cheese, and the shredded chicken.
3. Spoon a couple spoonfuls of the mixture into the tortillas, roll them up, and place in a greased casserole dish
4. Once all tortillas are used pour remaining cheese and sauce on top
5. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes
