Just a really simple baked ziti recipe that can be added to to spice things up or left alone to enjoy as is.
Preheat oven to 375. Cook your noodles as package instructs for al dente. Strain noodles add to a large mixing bowl. Add the ricotta, the tomato sauce, about half of the mozzarella, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together gently to not tear up the noodles. After mixing, transfer into casserole pan. Add remaining mozzarella on top. Bake for 30 min or until cheese looks done.
