Best Diane Chamberlain book to date! The Dream Daughter by Diane Chamberlain is by far my favorite one of her books! Part women's fiction, part fantasy/ science fiction, this book had me reading long into the night!

Great summer read This isn't a book I would normally pick up based on the topic, but I'm so glad I did. It was one of the best books I've read in a long time. The story kept me wanting to read more to see what happens. It was a roller coaster of emotions, but a great story overall and a great summer read. I would definitely recommend it.

Great book! I am a huge Diane Chamberlaine fan and this book did not disappoint! Great character development, well written

I LOVE THIS BOOK! A MUST READ The best book ive read in years! Seriously! It's a must read. You will cry, laugh, get inspired.

Hard to finish I had the hardest time with this book! I got frustrated with the story and what was happening and put it down twice! I did finish it, and overall I enjoyed the writing and the unique story.

Hard time putting this book down This is a amazing book. Carly/Caroline Grant is finishing her PT degree by working in a hospital rehab so she can get the credit to graduate. She is given a patient that no one wants to work with Hunter Poole who actually wants Carly to his physical therapist. When she asks him why he tells her she reminds him of someone he knew briefly. By the next chapter he have gone forward 5 years. A lot has happen in those 5 years, Carly got married, her husband was killed in Vietnam, and she is pregnant. Her sister Patti and Hunter are married and have a son John Paul. Carly is told her baby is sick with a heart condition and will die. Carly is devastated and Hunter thinks he has a way to help her if she does not think he is crazy. Hunter is a time traveler when he tells Carly this first naturally she thinks he is crazy. But when he explains everything to her she does not think that anymore. She can go into the future get the surgery, have the her baby and return when the baby is well enough to travel. Carly goes into the future and when she is supposed to return the baby is not well enough to travel. Carly has to make a decision will she go and come back later, or will she stay. The Dream Daughter takes you on a magical time traveling and wonder fill ride. With some twists and turns along the way

Dream Daughter Captivating! I wasn't sure what to expect when first reading this book, however, after reading this book will recommend it to everyone. Heart warming and intriguing, it takes you out of your life and places you in a different decade. Many twists and turns in this story keep you reading and reading. She does a great job of helping you be the characters and imagining what they will do next. Thank you SheSpeaks for allowing me to be a part of this group read. #ReadtheDream and #ad @StMartinsPress and @SheSpeaksUp smarturl.it/DreamDaughter

Page Turner! I wasn't sure I was going to be a fan about a book dealing with time travel. This is my first experience with it and I have to say that I was pleasently surprised as to how much of a page turner this ended up being. The characters are well developed and you can relate to them as you get to know them better. Overall, I truly enjoyed spending time with this story! I received an advance reader copy from the publisher for an honest review.

A story like no other Disclaimer: I received an ARC of The Dream Daughter by Diane Chamberlain from the publisher (St. Martin's Press) in exchange for an honest review. That being said, the story behind this is one I can get behind. My heart just breaks for Caroline and the fear of losing her daughter. I love love how it is played out thought. This is one of the few time travel books I have read and I love the theory behind it but wish I had gotten to know the other characters more. The thing that throws me is why oh why say there are certain rules to time traveling and then break them? I would read this again and feel like I need to to really give it the appreciation it deserves. Everything I have read by Diane Chamberlain I have LOVED and felt connected to. This one left me wondering but loving how it all plays out.

I couldn't put The Dream Daughter down Honestly, I was worried I wasn't going to like the book because I wasn't sure if I could relate to the characters. I WAS WRONG. The storyline was so enthralling and every time I thought I knew what was going to happen next the story took a different turn. Im so grateful to SheSpeaks for sending this to me to read because it has reignited my fervor for fiction in a time in my life where self help books dominate my night stand. Most books get picked up and put down multiple times before I can really make a dent but from page 1 I couldn't put this one down. 10/10 5/5 100/100 read
