This pressure cooker is like having a second set of hands in the kitchen. With 4 kids it's not always easy to help with hw, run to activities and have a nice home cooked meal on the table. This pressure cooker is a life saver. I make everything from Chicken and Rice (arroz con Pollo), beef stew, chicken fricasse, meatballs, meatloaf, beans, soups, etc... I put everything in the pot, set the time I want for it to cook and walk away. Because it's digital, I can leave the house and when I come back it's set to warm. Has safety features to prevent injury like the old regular pressure cookers.
