Description: Kale chips are easy to make, super delicious and a great alternative to potato chips. Plus, they are FULL of nutrients, like Vitamin A, C and K (great for people who bruise easily, like me!).
Ingredients:
2
bunches of kale
2
tablespoons olive oil
2
tablespoons soy sauce or other seasoning to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Rinse 2 bunches of kale. Remove the stems and tear or chop the leaves into small pieces.

Toss with olive oil and your favorite spices (try salt and pepper, chili pepper, soy sauce, buffalo sauce, nutritional yeast, Japanese seasoning with seaweed bits, etc.)
Bake for about 20 minutes. Check every 10 minutes or so. You want them to be crispy, but not burnt!
