Halve avocados and remove the pit. Scoop the insides into a bowl and dispose of pit and skins. Chop the onion, jalepeño, cilantro, and tomatoes and add to the bowl. Add sour cream, salt, and pepper to taste. Squeeze the juice of the lime and mix all ingredients together. Serve with crispy tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
