mascarpone cheese, softened

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend the cheeses and sugar until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Add eggs one at a time until well incorporated. Add vanilla and any other flavoring that you choose.
*** I am into the horchata flavor right now so I added 3 tsps of Rumchata.***
Pour into a 10 inch glass pie plate.
Bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
*** The edges will be brown and the center will still be jiggly.**
****If you eat as soon as it cools from the oven the texture is off and it feels oily. If you let it chill in the refrigerator overnight the texture as well as the flavor is much better.****
