Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salsa of your choice
Cream of mushroom soup
Put chicken breasts, taco seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and salsa in the crockpot on low for 6 to 8 hours. After chicken is fully cooked, shred chicken with fork and return to crockpot and add sour cream. Serve over rice.
