Makes: 4 Servings
Description: This recipe can be used for tacos, burritos, or even as a side with mashed potatoes. This is a dish that my family goes to all the time. It can be a bit on the spicy side, but you can change out the cayenne pepper for paprika if you prefer more lemony and less spicy flavor. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1
Beef Chuck Roast Boneless
8oz
Lemon Juice
4oz
Soy Sauce
1/4 Tsp
Cumin
1/4 Tsp
Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Tsp
Lemon Pepper
Instructions: Place the meat in the crock Pot. Add lemon juice and soy sauce, then cumin, cayenne pepper, and lemon pepper. Cook this for 8 to 12 hrs (the longer you cook it, the more tender it will be). Turn the meat every few hours to ensure the liquids are evenly coating it throughout the cooking time. Remove meat and add to tacos, burritos, or whatever you choose!
