Makes: 4 Servings
Potatoes, kielbasa, onions, any veggies you choose, butter, spices of choice. Enjoy!
Kilbasa sausage...or ham
Salt and pepper, spices of choice
1/2 cup each
Veggies of choice...celery, carrots, etc.
Dice veggies and meats into bite sized pieces and place each serving ( about 1 cup) in the middle of pieces of foil, top with a pat of butter and spices of choice. Seal tightly. Place in 350 degree oven or on a grill. I cook for about half an hour. You can microwave if preferred. I lay a paper plate over my bowl to speed up the microwave process and preserve moisture.
