Cowboy Casserole

Makes: 6 Servings

Description: Easy to make at home. Perfect recipe for picky eaters!

Ingredients:
1  Pound ground beef
1  Can of cream of mushroom soup
1  Ounce of shredded cheese
1  Can of kidney beans
1  Can of green beans
1  Bag of tater tots

Instructions: Brown the ground beef and drain. Combine the green beans (strained) one can of mushroom one can of kidney beans (drained). Add cheese and tater tots on bottom of casserole dish.
Add the meat with the beans and soup combination. Then add more cheese on top and tater tots. Put in oven at 400 degrees or whatever the tater tot instructions says . Cook taters and casserole until brown. Pull out of oven and put more cheese on top.

    I've never heard of using kidney beans?? I have also used corn or peas and tomato sauce or even ketchup. Depending on what I have, I've used french fries instead of tater tots, too. I love this recipe because you can put whatever you like into it and all my picky eaters love it!! Thanks for the idea!
