Makes: 3 cups
Description: This is a great easy and nutritious spread or dip - and it is just as great for a family TV night as it is for entertaining! Goes great with sangria, by the way
Ingredients:
1/2 lb.
dried red beans
1 tsp.
salt
1 tsp.
cumin
3 Tbsp.
olive oil
3 Tbsp.
lime juice (can also use lemon)
3 cloves
garlic
Instructions: Soak beans overnight. Drain & cook for @ 1 1/2 hours. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. Process garlic in food processor, then add all the rest.
