Here is a delicious chocolate syrup for chocolate milk, chocolate shakes, mochas, ice cream, desserts, etc.
unsweetened baking cocoa
Mix the sugars, unsweetened baking cocoa and salt together in a pot. Add water and stir constantly over medium-high heat for 5 minutes (or until it boils). Boil longer if you want it thicker. Add vanilla once you take it off of the heat and stir vigorously for about 30 seconds. Pour into a jar or container and refrigerate for up to 2 months.
