Makes: 12 Servings
Description: OOEY GOOEY NUTTY GOODNESS IN A PAN
Ingredients:
2 pkgs
Biscuits
3/4 cup
Butter
1 cup
Brown Sugar
1/4 cup
Regular Sugar
1/2 cup
Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup
Crushed Nuts of your choice
Instructions:
Spray bundt pan with cooking spray really good so nothing sticks to the pan. Preheat your oven to 350F. Cut each piece of biscuit dough into quarters. Toss the pieces in granulated sugar to coat, and stir in half the chocolate chips. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, on high for about 30 seconds. Stir in the brown sugar and microwave for another 30 seconds. Repeat again for 30 secs. and you'll have a caramel sauce.
Add the biscuit pieces to the pan, and pour the caramel sauce over the top. Bake for 25 minutes. While the pan is still hot, carefully turn the pan over onto your serving plate. On top, I sprinkled crushed cashews and remaining chocolate chips! And it turned out very delicious!
